Apu and TD is the crossover I never knew I needed

I'll bet you a years salary that LSU is winning the 2026 CWS National Championship, much less the SEC Tournament.

Bold move
Ok, but batters shouldn’t sleep on our five pitch walk either. We go to it all the time.

I wonder to what extent, if any, the committee takes into account recent momentum. IE if we somehow take the next two series against top teams with all these new faces playing well, it looks and feels like a different team than the one that got their asses kicked all over the place.

If we somehow get Stanfield back at close to 100% in left field, this is a pretty solid team.

I feel like 13 regular season wins and 2 in the sec tournament would give us a pretty good shot. But IDK.

That’s a very tall order, regardless.

The two are related, genius.
Weird bump. You should get it looked at.
There’s lots of silver lining for next year.

Moore, Schmidt, and Evans coming back, Serna and Arrambide bringing power, looks like Braun, Ruckert, and Patrick are going to be able to hold their own against SEC pitching. Some of the freshman pitchers are on track for greatness. Plenty of room for development, but I love to see the young guys getting some run at the highest level and producing.

I know most everyone’s catastrophizing or just ignoring the board right now, but I think we’ll have a good to great team next year. I’m confident CJJ will come out swinging and the young guys will be hungry.

I hope we never have to endure all this suckage again

Sure, but this is the most glass-half-empty take imaginable.

Down years suck, but as a result, we got our fever dream coaches in the biggest two sports, both of which many (if not most) thought impossible. Baseball is disappointing but we literally won it all last year.

Some fans go their whole lives without experiencing a championship (cf Aggie). If you thought we’re going to tear through every league like Napoleon in Italy every year, you’re going to have a bad time.

I love seeing Arrambide DHing. Let him focus on hitting. Not sure I get Stanfield in the two hole though.

I knew this was going to be a fun thread from the title. Didn’t disappoint.

I don't want to hear how many HRs they hit in their ballpark every year.

And for all eternity, if and when their stupid asses bring it up, we can just say “Easter ‘26”.
