You are so fricking butthurt that you don’t realize that the coaches that are staying are there for their career and to help the kids. They can leave when you get bounced in the first playoff game, which you will. We can both agree that it sucks to be an Old Mrs. fan right now. LSU is better than you, even when you are at your best and they are near their worst.

It’s weird how you’re not even close to at your worst this year and yet Ole Miss is better than you.

If Kiffin wants Weis do you really think LSU wont take him after the playoffs?

Do assistant coaches sign their own contracts with the school? So if they all sign extensions, like they wanted Lane too, it’s a little harder for them to leave even after the season, right?

Well dang. He sounds like the worst. Wish we got at least SOME of the staff. Oh well. Big bummer.

Guess not Weiss and the Wr coach also got on the plane. It’s crazy that they didn’t do a coaching search.

Nope, may come off that way. We'll see how the "much better situation" plays out. I thought he was a jackass before left. We aren't jilted but have self respect.

This will be the first and last time OM will sniff the playoffs so I probably would have allowed Lane to stick since OM will never see this level of success again.

Reality tho is Om is actually in the playoffs, and LSU is not. This isn’t next season yet although I know it cannot get here soon enough for Nathan’s Corndog bowl LSU. So I get trying to distract from that. Natural. If we can get past one round with an interim that would be huge in itself, but just being there is awesome and big stride for OM football.

Did you really expect them too still having a playoff game to play?

Almost the darkest of timelines for Ole Miss. They rally a win a playoff game and then the transfer portal comes and they lose their entire offense as they know they have nfl draft aspirations and Ole Miss will suck arse next year. So it’s maybe win another playoff game and watch you draft stock plummet next year or forego losing a playoff game and follow Lane so you can go to the nfl and make major dollars.
