We would either nuke them or full on invasion.

quote:That and the fact that most of us have never been to that part of the world and have no desire to. The U.S. is bankrupting itself with non stop wars. The Middle East is a nonstop war zone and has been for a very long time.
Yeah, and this is where the outrage over NATO gets strangely selective. We hear endlessly about allies “free-riding” on American power, but somehow that same standard disappears in the Gulf. We spend enormous amounts of money guaranteeing the security of countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE, maintain forces and bases throughout the region, and repeatedly put American troops and assets at risk protecting their trade and energy infrastructure. In return we get to pay rent on a few bases and commercial relationships. Yet Trump keeps treating these governments like indispensable partners while complaining that Europeans are taking advantage of us. If burden-sharing is really the principle, it ought to apply in the Middle East too.
quote:No idea what Trump was thinking. When you are heading off a financial cliff you don’t start a war with a bunch of religious fanatics who don’t care about human life. The US spends a trillion on it military annually and we ran out of munitions. I think it’s time to step back and ask our selves why a country surrounded by non hostile neighbors needs all of this. Trump was supposed to be the guy that spent on infrastructure inside the country.
It is ridiculous to continue to ready military strikes and then pause again and again when Iran says “wait we want to negotiate.” Do any of those terms look like negotiations? Do what needs to be done and then pull our military out.

They don't. At all. It is just TDS Orange Man Bad nonsense. Which is amplified any time Iran can dig up an undamaged missile and manage to shoot it before being blown to bits. It is a joke, but amplified in the TDS media.
Where have you been? This second term is nothing short of a disaster.
If we obliterated everything we should just leave.

He’s just full of crap at this point. Parameters of a deal last night to negotiations resume Monday.

Trump said this wasnt a war and the goal was to stop the nukes. If we have obliterated everything as he has said then the nukes have been stopped. As soon as he locked us into a six month conflict the put the creditability of the U.S. on the line it became a big problem. You don't start wars if you are t willing to escalate and win. Ethier fight to win or leave. The American people didn't vote for this.

People lost their lives for this cat and mouse game.
re: What were some of Bill Clinton's weaknesses when running for reelection in 1996?

Bill actually had a congress who wanted to work and get stuff done. He was a good president. Hillary and Women were his weakness.

The fact that we underestimated Iran’s missile capacity is a huge problem. We need to get out before it’s too late.

I understand preventing them from having nuclear weapons. What I don’t understand is getting stuck in conflict we can’t get out of. It’s Bush all over again.
The man never stops talking and posting. It’s overkill.
Honestly, it’s prob not a bad thing. The rest of the world has gone crazy and war is only a matter of time at this point.
We’re supposed to believe that the President of the United States reposted a picture of himself as Jesus with Jeffrey Epstein in it had to do with the Red Cross?

quote:He wasn’t this bad in his first term. It’s one extreme to the other. Hes done.
He’s cooked. Vance and/or Rubio need to lead a coup.
quote:First he blew up with the Fbomb on Easter and the weird Allah stuff and now he’s reposting a picture with him as Jesus healing a dead sex trafficker. You’re telling me that JD Vance isn’t more competent than this guy? Hes lost his marbles.
Get the damn stick out of your arse. He isn't making a mockery of Christianity.
quote:. Hes the President of the United States.
Are you gonna cry about it?

Im starting to think that Trump converted like his favourite child. There have been rumours - I didnt believe them before but he's either being blackmailed or maybe he converted or he's losing his heckin' mind.
Hes gone off the deep end. Just replace him with Vance. When you think its normal to post yourself as Jesus with Epstein in the bed something is wrong with you.

He's trolling the pope. A lot of people aren't going to like that. I doubt he gives a shite.

Melania needs to take his phone away. This is embarassing.
He’s addicted to posting. He can’t help himself. We would be better off with Vance or Rubio as President.
