This is bullshite. The CDC guidelines are not legally binding and there are no "exceptions" needed to non-binding guidelines

Serious question.....why is the NFL the only group of people allowed to test out of quarantine? They aren’t playing in a bubble

I agree, but getting college administrators on the same page is apparently a tough sell. The "testing out" approach is what the NFL is doing, FWIW.

Excellent question. Has an answer been provided by the SEC office? Attempting to get an exemption from the CDC doesn't qualify. Last I heard, the CDC doesn't run college sports.
