He openly said he didn't want to waste resources and time on high school recruits when he could get older more experienced players out of the portal. It isn't an apples to apples comparison. But keep sucking him off like you do every day on here.

Two of LSU's 5-star signees were already committed when Lane was hired.

They had that one year where they got hit with a bunch of sanctions because they were openly paying players but other than that they really haven't. But in their mind a low 4 star player is a 5 star all american, lol.

If I'm trying to recruit at Ole Miss, I'm going to say things that cover up why I can't get quality high school recruits, too.
