Who knows what happened.

911 was called and the plaintiff was transported to the hospital in an ambulance

The plaintiff was knocked unconscious for 12 to 15 minutes and his body began to convulse in a seizure. He was taken to the emergency room where he was treated for multiple injuries, including a severe head injury.
The above would be pretty difficult to fabricate so it's really just a matter of being able to prove who did it.
They may never prove who did it but as already pointed out the burden of proof is lower in a civil case than in a criminal case.
Let this shite play out.
Also, it's pretty well known that cops don't cotton to anyone challenging their authority. Whereas there are plenty of fights that never end with an arrest because people flee and all of the people present are drunk and make shitty witnesses.

No, you think it's garbage just because it reflects poorly on Ole Miss.
Your frat brother could be full of shite, but that doesn't make it any less factual that they are being sued.

I can't wait till people realize that filing suit=\=anything legitimate. You could file suit for someone wearing the wrong size pants and find an attorney to file. Doesn't mean a judge will give you the time of day
It's not like they got Saul Goodman to file it. BP&J is pretty legit. There has to be some kind of facts to back this up or they wouldn't do it.

You've said this three times. Where there is smoke there is fire in most situations.

Whoever the guy's lawyer is knows what he is doing. There isn't enough for a criminal conviction but it sounds like they have some witnesses. Which is more than enough proof in civil court.

In the civil trial, the brothers are gonna have to prove where they were at the time of the fight. The plaintiff has ambulance, emergency room, 911 call, and plenty of evidence of the beat down. He could drag the KA's into this as well. Somebody will end up giving them up in the end. How this got swept under the rug so quickly is unreal to me. If the dude was knocked the F__K OUT, taken by ambulance from the KA house, and spent time in the hospital, how is this not investigated more and someone charged?
The Bears are in total meltdown mode now. Strange how quiet the Rev is being on this too.
The Bears are indeed #winningtheday this offseason

Usually. My initial reaction was "this is bs" but as I've sat down and though about it, I'm questioning the brothers more. They seem to always be finding themselves in some shite around campus or in Oxford.

That's just it. It's becoming a trend. It's pretty well known around the Greek community at Ole Miss that the Nkemdiche brothers did beat this guy up. Said Denzel punched him in the back of the head and Robert was kicking him. It matches the story pretty well. IDK, I think there is more going on here than Ole Miss fans want to let on.

Dan Jones has a hardon for going after the Greeks.
Even more proof this is garbage.
