could drag the KA's into this as well.
Oh, that will most likely happen.
This is exactly why national fraternities have to carry multimillion dollar "risk management" policies that every local chapter is required to pay premiums into.
At least that's my recollection from paying the bills for my local chapter in the 90s and I'm sure in our litigious culture it's only exponentially worse.
Fights, alcohol overdoses, hazing, etc.
It's a very target rich environment for lawyers.

It's not like they got Saul Goodman to file it. BP&J is pretty legit. There has to be some kind of facts to back this up or they wouldn't do it.
Aren't all lawyers the same (ie money-grubbing shysters)?

I certainly don't claim to but you've never dealt with the Oxford cops. They don't give a shite about whom they're arresting. If there was any inkling of wrongdoing they would arrest them. Hell they arrested a Manning for Christ's sake

A noble profession indeed

This I did not know.
Which one?

I'm sure they started something but if they viciously assaulted this guy as alleged the OPD would be JITP trying to book them.

Eli. Public intoxication at a frat party.
Archie was damn near perfect.

Then KA would be off campus right now.
How would this be going after the Greeks? I've never heard of a fraternity getting in trouble for a member getting his arse whipped. KA seems like a pretty innocent bystander in the situation. Calling an ambulance and the police, given the situation, seems like the protocol they would be encouraged to follow.

That's just it. It's becoming a trend. It's pretty well known around the Greek community at Ole Miss that the Nkemdiche brothers did beat this guy up. Said Denzel punched him in the back of the head and Robert was kicking him. It matches the story pretty well. IDK, I think there is more going on here than Ole Miss fans want to let on.
I know Ole Miss peeps want to back their peeps, but sometimes you just gotta say TPOS.

We got kicked off for two pledges playing Edward 40hands on the square. I'm sure that's worse than the supposed WWE brawl that took place.

Because a guy got beat up at his own frat party?
Don't buy it. The thing is, it probably happened. You just don't want to believe it.

Well, of course Eli wouldn't flee the scene.
It was probably his fraternity house, wasn't it?
I wouldn't flee either.

They arrested Peyton too. Ol' Al Williams bailed him out. He told me the whole story while I was sitting in the LCDC processing room.
