Ole Miss has won 14 straight home games, including 8 straight SEC games...among the victims, LSU, Auburn, MSU, Arkansas, A&M, and others...for all the shite VHS gets, Ole Miss seems to play pretty well there.

This is such a knee-jerk and incorrect statement.
Attendance this season has not been below 90%. All non-cupcake games have been 100% or over.
Maybe you are judging us on the Matt Luke years where at least half the fanbase was in rebellion over the simple fact that the guy we wanted fired as an OL coach was now the HC running the program into the ground.
I simply omit the Luke years and if you do that, we've had overwhelmingly full crowds since 2012.

We need less seating and more car back seats. I don’t think he cares whether there’s 55k or 95k as long as it’s full and fully engaged.

Lol at that stadium. I had no idea it was that tiny. Looks like some high school stadiums in Texas, just not as nice.

Yep. All those 60,000 seat high school stadiums in Texas with enclosed lower bowls and multiple luxury boxes. Just like all of them.

Once again for you slows, given the circumstances, it is amazing Ole Miss and MSU have the attendance they have…that’s one reason why you bigger schools should be embarrassed every time you lose to a Mississippi school. State and Ole Miss consistently humiliate other SEC schools in athletics.

What does a luxury box at miss look like? A double wide?
Posted on 11/1/22 at 11:10 am to geauxnavybeatbama
Why would Ole Miss build a larger stadium? So it looks more empty?

Clearly some of you Mississippi fellas have never been to a Texas high school game. Some 6A schools have facilities that are better than alot of colleges. Like Ole Miss.

It really is shocking how small it is. It doesn't look like a SEC stadium.

Our lowest attended game was 90% full against a cupcake. His issue wasn't attendance. It was students leaving early against shitty opponents.
Right...fill it up and keep it full.

They cannot fill their tiny one as it is ...
Posted on 11/1/22 at 1:05 pm to geauxnavybeatbama
They struggle to fill it now. miss just doesn’t have the population.

Ole Miss don’t need to do anything. I think Lane is waiting on Saban to retire, so he can take over Alabama. That’s a scary thought for the rest of CFB!

I'd be cool if Ole Miss did something out of the ordinary and built a football dome like Syracuse and added all chairbacks to fill in the stadium better.
I'm not a fan of the Vaught anymore and its too fricking hot in Mississippi.

I think Lane would take Auburn if offered. Don't know if he will be

I'd love it.
A complete philosophy/culture change in terms of management of the program, but Lane is as focused on perfection and winning as Saban is.
Worst case he keeps recruiting at a high rate, keeps Bama competitive, and serves as a bridging strategy to another elite HC that may otherwise have been gun shy to follow Saban directly. Although, I think he would do very well at Alabama.
