It wasn’t raining, lighting delay.
Field was in playing condition. And the tarp was put on the field when it started raining. At that point north MS was under tornado warnings.

Smart move by the Ole Miss staff. Could have been a safety issue, lightning. Or rain hard enough that they were certain that the game would not resume. No big deal, VolNavy, UT fans shouldn't be discussing having class with anyone, because y'all wouldn't know what you are talking about.

OM is playing in Minnesota tomorrow, so today is a travel day. So yea that’s a dumb statement.
Yea makes a lot of sense to drive back over next Wednesday to play 3 innings of baseball.
