One of the best things about marrying a Thibodeaux girl was my world being open to boudin. Love boudin.
Crazy part about it (when looking at the natives there) she has 0 accent, blonde hair, and very fair skinned. I guess because her parents were from north Louisiana and Mississippi. Not the typical accent, olive skin, and dark hair of most of the girls I’ve seen from Thibodeaux.
Boudin is a gift from God.
