I have this feeling that Auburn beats Florida State even though State has the better team. Auburn is better than Alabama this year.

Auburn is the better team because given a set of even criteria, Auburn accomplished something Alabama couldn't. Winning the conference. Simple as that.

Here's the way I see it.
You have Team A and Team B. Team A finished the regular season with a better overall record than Team B. Team A finished the regular season with an identical conference record with Team B. Team A finished the regular season with the same record against divisional opponents as Team B. Team A beat Team B head to head. Team A has a trophy that says they are champions of the same conference that Team B belongs to.
Team A > Team B

Not mad and do not care. We won. It really is very simple. Unlike the last 2 years, bammer did not get in to the NC game based on the "perception" that there were the best. In fact, the only reason they did not back in to the game was because the team that beat them won the SEC and there was another undefeated BCS team. But for FSU, bammer would receive another "do over" like they did versus LSU in 2011 as opposed to Baylor or Michigan State getting a chance. Why? Because of perception and opinion!

Our last two images of bama were against Miss St and AU. Why after seeing those two games, are there people who still insist that bama is the best team in the country ?
