Nah, OU still has too good a recruiting base to turn into Nebraska.

I think y’all need someone to preach physicality as you get ready for this conference. OU has a proud history of that, but something about the Little XII made all y’all weak

Texas got the OC from Alabama and even he couldn't fix the problem at Texas!

Something was just posted on the CCB about Manning recruiting for USC while employed by OU on an OU recruiting trip. Will Wade wouldn't even do something like that.
When Kiffin left UT to go to USC, Orgeron was on the phone with recruits and early enrollees telling them not to go to any classes so they could transfer without penalty

USC has a history of this kind of shite.

Wouldn't it be a shame if ole Lincoln got hit with a show cause before he could even really get started at SC?

Problem is how many other sleeper agents does Riley have robbing OU

They'd better get a handle on this quick

Nebraska went to the B1G and died, OU is going SEC and will not suffer that fate.

I heard Saban was recommending Lanning to everyone. He's trying to help out his good buddy Kirby build a coaching tree, getting his top assistant tons of interviews all this week. Then hopefully he'll have a HC job and be busy recruiting all during playoff season. It's very nice of Saban

So he’s the Godfather of college football.

I’m not sure I would go the coordinator route this time, but I guess your AD is fine with winning one National Championship in the last 20+ years.

LSU fans act like asses every season, so figured you’d welcome someone else doing it

Lanning is likely a smokescreen for Kiffin.

An Oklahoma fan on the coaching changes board is claiming they are trying to convince Dabo Swinney to take the job and lead their transition to the SEC. I have no idea if that's true or not but that is what he's claiming

Wasn't Heupel at OU when they won their last championship? Surprised that his name has not been mentioned. Considering what he did with Tenner this year with that busted roster, he could do well somewhere that can recruit and compete in the Big 12 for another year or two, plus he is already familiar with the SEC. Wouldn't be a homerun, but wouldn't be a bad hire either for them.

??

Already produced 3 P5 head coaches
from his original staff.

Not bad for a guy who's only in his 6th year as a HC.

About as underwhelming as 3-8 against teams ranked in the Top 10. You talking about that type of underwhelming?
