No contest - Tebow.
His leadership was simply the best I’ve seen.

Maybe but his pro career just confirmed what we all knew: He wasn’t a great passer or particularly accurate. Burrow is the best QB in SEC history despite being only an average athlete.
You can try to disparage him for year 1, but he was a late spring transfer, with no starting experience, playing with brand new WR’s and RB under a new OC with no offensive system. Of course he struggled.

Teebaw for the W on Easter.
LSU fans outnumber everyone else so I’m sure the results won’t be biased at all.

Best SEC qb of all time.
What could Cam have done in the offense in place of Joe? The scheme changed and Burrow became a different QB.
If anything, Cam's successes at multiple stops within a variety of schemes has to account for something. It is best SEC QB; not best season.
If it were best season, Joe and Barry Sanders have the top 2 from all offensive positions.

Teblow easily. His career was much better and commanded the team and was not necessarily a product of the offense

I'd take Burrow over Tebow,
So we can put this to bed now.

This thread is about Burrow v Tebow.
He chose Burrow.
If the choices were terrible he could have abstained.

You lost me at the end.

Tim Tebow has roughly the same exact awesome stats for 3 years in a row. Burrow has 2 shitty years, including a completion percentage in the mid 50s% with LSU, before 1 amazing season.

Tebow was just as much a product of Urban's offense as Joe Burrow was to Brady's offense. Tebow as great as he was with Florida wasn't a GREAT passer. And if you ask any member of the 2019 LSU team, who was the unquestioned leader of that team, 100% would say it was Joe Burrow.
