Orgeron might not be good at hiring coaches? Yes he got lucky and got help from Pete Carol. Then when he did have to look around for a replacement it went south! Again many LSU fans didn't like the hire when Orgeron was hired to be the next HC. It seems like there are some issues with hiring and communication with coaches. It might worked out fine but the way Orgeron is handling this is not looking good.

Pete Carroll is the reason LSU hired Bo Pelini.
