So if my math is correct that's a total of 6 million for White and Heupel's buyout. Sure cost a lot of money to be below average these days.

Yep.

Elarbee being added to the staff would be the only redeeming quality of this hire. He's good enough to mask some major deficiencies on that side of the ball. Not sure how good of a recruiter he is, but his track record is matched by few.
