Why does arkansas and A&M only have three road games? I know they play each other in Jerry's world.

Ole Miss and Kentucky should have played each other this year.

That way at least 1 of them will win a conference game.

But I guess if the West is going to have an 0-8 team, the East should too.

frick the sec. the defending champs getting back to back road games to start and us having to go to shitville? a&m should have played every game on the road

Boo fricking hoo.

Y'all have gone on for a month rematch bitching, now we need to start a separate board about schedule bitching.

Here are the rules: everybody plays 8 SEC games, four home, four away. If you really don't like it, vote LSU to be independent and you can play as many games as you like in Tiger stadium and at whatever night time kickoff you like.

Doesn't A&M have 4 road games, not including the Arkansas game?

All I ask is that you corndogs keep the piss balloons to a minimum when the Cocks roll into Baton Rouge haha. I can't wait for that game, even if we get spanked

SC is one of teams we enjoy having in town.

Spurrier, good fans, usually a good game. Not as many 'necks as usual.

Makes for a nice Saturday.

Hope your trip is a good one.

Don't like having 3 home games and finishing the year with 3 road games but who cares. I'll have 9/8 marked on my calender.

To be honest, the schedules look fairly even. Giving it the eye test, LSU's looks to be the toughest (a couple of other schedules could be argued against that) and UGAs noticibley the "easiest." None of them are truly easy, though.

Anytime you can lose your toughest conference game and still go to the SECCG you're schedule is pretty cake.

Hmmm. Surprised LSU is that low. I guess I was that low. Of course, I didn't really look at all of the schedules very long. UGA's, however, was an easy call as the easiest.

The biggest hit on LSU's SOS is they do not have to play LSU. Kinda hard to have the top SOS in conf. when you are the highest rated team

Vandy looks set up to have a great year.

True. Didn't think about that.

With all the knock on Alabama this year about SOS all I kept seeing was that we played every team that was ranked higher than us

Question for Hog fans:

I booked a room at Candlewood Suites on W. MLK in case the LSU game is in Fayetteville next year. Hotel is behind a Blockbuster (which is probably closed).

Is it walking distance to stadium?

That is probably less than a mile. I'd say yeah. Its slightly further than the parking lots around Baum Stadium. The walk is fairly flat from that side of town, too.

ETA: That street was named "6th Street" up until 3 years ago. I wonder how much business a Candlewood Suites loses because people don't want to stay on MLK? (Its the fugly area, but its not really ghetto.)
