I'm thinking it takes a very talented offensive team with some great pitching to beat Arkansas at home and any team that can do that they will prolly be hosting there own super. So unless arky doesn't get a top 8 seed ( which I think they will) they should be in Omaha

So you also think Western Illinois, New Mexico, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and LSU are all hosting reginals. Those losses at home show that this team probably won't host, and if they're having a bad day, anyone could put them out. Teams that lose to WI and NM at home, and Gonzaga and Pacific at a neutral site is probably not hosting, much less getting a top 8 seed.

Maybe, maybe not

Our schedule sets up good for a really strong finish.

If we can clean up our fielding and get our bats warmed up we could roll into post season play very hot which should help us in the eyes of the selection committee

Yea, your schedule is definitely easier going forward, but that means your SoS and RPI aren't gonna increase very much. None of this matters though if yall get on a run in the tourney, doesn't matter what seed you are.

Prolly wont have to throw the pitchers that lost to WI or UNM jus saying. JMO they have three good starters defense got better after Friday, if they get Ficcocelo going on offense he could get them rolling offensively.

And both are better than Norris in the field

Norris has 3 errors and Frost 5. Norris can do it if given the chance. Detz has to be out there somewhere and I think he is enough of a ball player that he could play left. Henderson poops in his nest most every game with misplayed balls or base running mistakes if he by chance gets on base. His only upside is his ability to cover large chunks of real estate. Robson and the others are just not productive offensively. That leaves Porter and even Amaritti as DH. Nick is a switch so he can go against any pitcher.

Frost has had more chances at 3B. Frost also gets to balls that Norris cant.

hitting-wise, in less AB's- Frost has:

5 stolen bases- Norris can't run
scored more runs
higher OBP%
higher slugging%
more extra base hits
more walks

Yeah I don't understand why Norris doesn't play every day over that douche lord Frost.

Frost bats over .300. Norris is slow, doesn't hit in the SEC games, and they have the same fielding percentage.

We'll put three. LSU, Vandy, and someone from the field. Favorite for #3 spot is either Arkansas or Mississippi State in my opinion.

If we can get out of Raleigh I like our chances against Oregon.

Solid bump... I really like how the dawgz poster wasnt "sold " on Vandy yet... ~30 runs and an 0-4 record later...

I would never write in Arkansas. They are consistantly disaappointments. They're like FSU.

3. I think South Carolina is too far down to make an Omaha run, MSU is leveling out to being more mediocre than previously speculated, and Kentucky will be close with the weakness of the East this seasons.

2010 SCAR was the #2 regional seed at the #4 national seed Coastal Carolina regional ... we went on to win the CWS.

Anything is possible.
