We're not angry. We just have a low tolerance for utterly stupid comments from programs we own.

Ok CockDog - I am the first fan on here to say "we" referring to the team I cheer for. You lost the argument before you hit the submit button if thats the only thing you can respond lol

Checking my deed now - nope - not a thing on there with a Big Orange T. You know, that puke inside of a pumpkin orange. And I hate pumpkin.
Don't know who owns me. But definitely not Tennessee.

Why not? They have lost to Tennessee almost every year I have been alive.

Basketball is a secondary sport to everyone except y’all. And Barnes owns you at it. Must suck.

Since 2016, Kentucky’s record is 43-28 overall, 24-24 in SEC games; Tennessee’s is 33-35, 16-31 in the SEC.
The Cats have gone to five straight bowls, while the Vols have only been to two in the same time period, the Music City Bowl in 2016 and the Gator Bowl in 2020.
In the past three years, 13 Kentucky Wildcats have been drafted to Tennessee’s four.

Tennessee. Kentucky makes bourbon.

What’s the head to head record over your selected time frame?
Surely with all this “incredible” success your program has had (lol about bragging about being .500 in the SEC) you have to have a winning record over us, right?
Most teams are like, “we’re better than UT” and it’s like, yeah, duh, we currently suck. But a UK fan making the same contention is laughable. One of our worst teams ever beat one of your best. Managed a 3-7 record against us during the worst period in our football history, ever. Your stadium is sponsored by Kroger, we stole your checkerboards and now everyone associates them with us, and the state of Kentucky only exists so people have a getaway to frick their cousin without judgement. Get fricked, and don’t cry too hard when we beat your arse Saturday!!

Yes, you are.
Tennessee makes whisky. Kentucky makes bourbon.
While bourbon doesn’t have to be made in Kentucky, it does have to be produced in the United States, according to the Federal Standards of Identity for Distilled Spirits.
No bourbon connoisseur worth his salt would consider a bourbon made outside of Kentucky.
Nowhere on a Jack Daniel's bottle will you find the word bourbon. It is Tennessee Sippin' Whisky.

It's a foolish conversation anyway - the barrel was never full of beer, as far as I know.
Meh...UK was the one who started it as a flex on UT and a joke against prohibition.
quote:
The barrel was introduced after the 1925 showdown between the Cats and the Vols by a group of Kentucky students looking to signify UK’s superiority to its rival. It was rolled onto the field after UK defeated Tennessee for the second year in a row, and painted over the blue-colored exterior were the words “Ice Water,” a flat-out (albeit necessary) lie during the Prohibition era.

#18 Kentucky is a pickem at home against an unranked .500 team. That should tell you all you need to know.
