Notice how not many players are having to miss time this year because of covid?

And we dont have issues of games being postponed/canceled? This is true in not just CFB, but NBA, MLB, NFL, all sports that have gone on the last few months.
I know this is gonna leave a lot of you punching the air but it's almost as if the covid vaccine works.

Or it's because they just aren't testing people as much and applying the same rules that they did last year.

Political board, but it does work. Also some folks have natural immunity of had it already. Really need more testing for anti-bodies, if you have them, no need for a vaccine.

Or it could be that the vaccinated aren't being tested due to arbitrary policy mandates.

I bet there are the same number of infected, they are just not testing them now.

But we’ve been told hospitals are overflowing with Covid cases (yes, even vaccinated).

Cool, no need to worry about what everyone else is doing finally.

They're literally just not testing the same amount of people to skew the statistics.

So it is worse a year later and the vaccine is working.

Vaccinated people make a tiny %, and have much shorter stays when they do end up there. Statistically, it's safer for you if you're vaccinated.

On a side note, this really should be on the PoliBoard or, possibly, the More Sports Board.

It certainly affords players not to have to get tested and be subject to contact tracing protocols. Most players who were missing time last year weren't even those who were testing positive. They were missing games due to contact tracing more than anything.

You often have to be tested to know you even have it. There is one thought.
Natural immunity after having had it is another…
Just saying that a vaccine is only one of many possibilities to explain this.
