Grew up an LSU fan, mom went to LSU, Grand Parents and mom's side of the family live in Baton Rouge

Found the Fark Board entertaining and then found the SEC Rant had some pretty good discussions if you look hard enough.

Started lurking when we played LSU in 2008, joined in 2009 because I wanted to get in on some of the convo. Board is definitely the best.

I have a friend who is an LSU fan and who mentioned the site to me. I started lurking just after our game with LSU last Labor Day weekend and signed-up for an account during the ATPB heat-up in December.
Enjoy the site and the fact our fellow posters are fans of a number of different schools.

I found TigerDroppings during the mess over the possible Big 12-2 collapse, as I wanted to see what fans of SEC schools were thinking about A&M possibly joining and this was the first site I found.

I enjoy the banter between the fan bases.I enjoyed the info on the Cam Newton Saga.It made me realize that most Ole Miss fans are douchebags and know very little about football,but some are ok.

I like it because you can say what ever the hell you want. I use to read at hogville. I only use it for recruiting now, and that still sucks. We and every other team has annoying posters, most are just trying to get a rise out of you, while others are complete skin flutes. One thing for sure is there is never a dull moment and the day flies by.

I guess I would just see people in other areas of the college football world reference it.

Damn, just noticed your signup date..
I came originally to the rant, because it could be entertaining leading up to the LSU/Auburn game. Liked the board, it was tolerant of other fan bases and the SEC rant just beats every other board out there.
