It is systematically impossible to improve these districts. Sure one or two schools might improve, but the district as a whole will not improve on a grand scale. It's the parents, home life, SES levels. No matter how much money you pump in, no matter how many charter schools you open. It will not matter. The absolute worst thing for a schools is having the government involved. Charter schools are a legal way of stealing money. Sure some charter schools will outperform traditional public schools, but the majority do not. In reality what do you expect the charter schools take the best and leave the rest. Most charter schools play by a different set of rules and some private organization is getting a fat wallet. Almost ALL school districts that have been taken over by the state and converted to charter schools have failed. The Walton Foundation is a huge backer of state take overs and charter schools. They are looking to fill their pockets and insure a never ending supply of cashiers at Walmart.

I'm pretty sure you are right. I believe it is written like this- if you are on scholarship, and play two sports you must take the scholarship from the sport that starts first. Don't quote me on that. Just a nice way of saying you must use a football scholly.

I hate those cut offs that look like mom jeans, go all the way up to your belly button. Absolutely terrible. Then I've seen some with lace or or a damn doilie on them. What the hell is that shite.

It's like the went to Walmart bought a pair of rustlers, went to grandmas house and stole her doilies off of the coffe table, and said I can slap this shite on these shorts. Got the sewing machine out and went to town. What the hell Susie I just found mom's bedazzled she bought off TV in '92 let me put some of this on there too.

I would take HSV over the LR course just because of the choices. The old Yankees suck though. Oh and Grenada is the shizz.

I use to work at stonebridge in 01-02 and the old pro use to bring us beer to cart barn all the time. Hole number 5 might be one of the toughest par 4's I have ever played...

Pretty sure that's federal money. Although LRSD would love to have the money it's split between LRSD, PCSSD, and NLSD. But the real prob is PCSSD, because they can't get there shizz together to get off of deseg. And it's the federal rules that make it cost so much. They will pick up one student 30 miles away to take them to a magnet school, but a student going to a normal school on the same route can't ride that buss. One of the dumbest things I have ever seen.
