Maybe he is interested in reaching the 10-year mark in the Alabama retirement system. Not sure how many years he has "in" in Alabama but to be vested with his salary as he nears retirement is a smart move. That's what Steele is doing.

Actually he will be thrilled. Mazzone was one trying to get him to A&M but Sumlin didn't push because worried he would lose Mond

if you mean choosing kyler Murray over stidham, you would be correct. That decision might have been the deathknell in hindsight.

You think they are going through all that trouble for 10-15 grand a year? Steele, in the eyes if the state, probably makes 40k per year.

That picture is funny but it really gets good when you read the titles of the books Franklin is carrying. It's like he cleaned out the self-help aisle at Barnes and Noble. He's even got a Kevin Trudeau book on top.

All those self-help books and the poor guy couldn't find one to instruct him on how to shave, trim his hair and dress to impress.

I hope so because that means Stidham lives up to the hype

Mond is no scrub though and is the reason why Hezekiah Jones & Jhamon Ausbon landed there too which is why I get what Sumlin did. I do wonder though if there is some resentment there over that fact and Mazzone is jumping on opportunity to coach Sitdham

But I am just guessing at that point plus considering how OC news changes hourly I fully expect some random OC to be named anytime now

He has done better than Spav

Spav was the guy in 2014 & 2015. You went 8-5 and had QB issues in both years.

Mazzone's been there one season, gone 8-5 and had QB issues.

So, serious non-trolling question, by what metric can you say that Mazzone has done better than Spav? As an outside fan, I really didn't notice any difference - which makes me think the OC really hasn't been the problem.

You got it right. The only constant in all this is Sumlin. As far as Mazzone, A&M was 2nd in total offense and 3rd in scoring in the SEC. That was with a QB that was not very accurate-52%.

Yea, I'd be pumped if I was an Auburn fan. As long as Stidham is healthy you guys will score a ton of points. Knight's pitiful passing on short routes really held back the offense. You have the horses to make his offense go.

If by "twitter", do you mean a fat slob that has a shitty looking goatee that looks like pubic hair?
