your opposition to Clemson in the SEC is you think it will help Clemson. i don't think you and others care about the monetary value of a program.

I would prefer for Clemson to be in ACC or go independent. Conference stacking is about rigging the playoffs, in my view. I think most people are going to end up regretting this expansion.

Actually I do care about the money because that is all expansion is. I want the best deal so my team will have the most money to buy the best players, coaches, facilities, etc.

If you think for a second that I or anyone else thinks Clemson will get better by being in the SEC you are wrong, they won't. I know rising tides lifts all ships applies here but so does big fish in a small pond as well.

I am hopeful the decision makers, not the ham and egger's on a message board (myself included) but the people who will decide such things say no to Clemson.

Clemson does not bring population, value, absolutely no academic prestige whatsoever, which is important to the Presidents.

They are quite simply, too small in every way for the SEC. Especially in expansion where the conference can pick and choose.

Clemson is higher ranked than most of the SEC colleges. Basically tied with UGA and has a stronger and bigger engineering college than UGA.

Games featuring Clemson vs the top SEC programs would get good ratings. .

I'd like to see Clemson in the SEC.

They seem like the most SEC-like of all the potential schools being mentioned for entry.

No to Miami, Louisville, Kansas, Duke and WV.

Yes to Clemson, G-Tech, FSU, UNC, V-Tech and NC State.

The SEC doesn’t need another team with a tiger mascot. We already have Auburn , LSU, and Missouri. I don’t understand why people keep wanting all these tougher schools to join . It’s already tough enough and now,Texas and Oklahoma will soon be playing. If you want representation in certain States go after Teams like Virginia and NC State.

You must be dumb! WVU brings nothing to SEC! Why did WVU join the Big 12?

Clemson playing an SEC schedule every week devolves into Arky with a nice lake.
