mgoblog probably

But I wouldn't waste your time. The responses are predictable.

1 SEC owns the NCAA, etc
2 Recruits want to leave south for real opportunities and education, this rule helps prevent them from doing that
3 They're taking away poor recruits ability to go to great camps
4 They're all waiting for Harbaugh to "destroy" the ncaa on twitter. (I kinda am too, though)

I still wish Bielema and Dantonio could have shown up at Harbaugh's practice LINK

It's ok, I remember when all the media/B1G folks were upset that the NCAA implemented the Saban rule to stop coaches from traveling around the country to watch kids at their own practices because it took away the opportunity for other kids to be seen.

Oh wait, they didn't, because this is (as most things are) 100% self centered.

I popped into the Michigan board on 247, and that's exactly everything they said. The only thing you left outit was that Michigan needs to sue the NCAA.

Teams can still hold practices off campus though like Michigan did at IMG, just no satellite camps for recruits.

This is a HUGE deal for A&M, UGA, and UF. A bunch of schools were targeting their recruiting territory.

Most of the Big 12 had plans for satellite camps in TX this year. OU and OSU had camps last year and it is already paying off big for them this year.

Yea, now only SEC school will steal all of A&M's recruits.

Hell, it's huge for Alabama. Michigan was setting up camps all over Alabama. Harbaugh has already signed 6 kids from Alabama (albeit under the radar types).

Well this sucks. I would've loved the competition between schools.

Oh, the deal Arkansas WAS going to sign with the Dallas Cowboys.

No other SEC team would've had a deal like ours.

Well then it isn't stealing because we wouldn't have had a chance with them anyway without the SEC brand.

He was asked about it and gave an answer iirc. Do you agree with him?
