Our best passer got ran off to Western Kentucky by the dipshit who is now the OC at Auburn. It’s looking more and more like the lack of coaching for any of our quarterbacks was to smooth the way for his son.

Starkel has a world of talent but has received some very poor coaching at his first 2 schools.

He was a gun slinger. With proper coaching and error correction he could be a pretty damn good QB.

He had the problem at A&M. He got no error correction here. He tried to play superman with the ball.
Someone needs to set targets every 10 yards down field from him and make him hit each one a thousand times to develop muscle memory for distance needed.
Then put moving targets in every 10 yards an make him hit them a thousand time each to work on accuracy.
Next add on precisely timed D players with the moving targets and make him complete it a million times so he can get it.

I don't know shite about throwing mechanics and foot work, but I could even google best practices and coach it to someone. We had to have a disaster of epic proportions go through the staff and locker room to be as bad as we have been.
