Very few Blacks (maybe zero) go from Coordinator to Elite Tier-1 Jobs like Kurby or Muschamp

Very few coaches do that period. Name some more besides those two.

I can honestly say I once didn't get a job because I was white. I had previous experience, a military background and the person they hired I don't think he ever had a job. Not in the years I knew him anyway.

He got the job because he was black. The company had 0 black people, as the town I lived in only had 2 black people in it. So they had no choice but to hire him instead of me because of it.

He was one of my best friends and was living with me, so I was glad he got the job.

I was 100% systematically discriminated against based on my race.

I believe you and I'm sorry that you went thru that, I'm guessing that company might have gotten some pressure from the Town's political leaders that, "we can't have a town in modern day America, where no Black person works", sounds legit, I honestly believe you

See how reasonable I am?

Saban is undefeated (I think 20-0 or something) against coaches he groomed as assistants. No wonder he is trying to groom more coaches.

It happened to me in 2016 and my Grandpa in the 70's. Every company I've ever worked at has damn near begged minorities to come work there and was "unofficially" hiring them over whites with the same skills.

That's not at all what happened. Laws exist that require businesses to hire a certain amount of minorities. It was passed in 1965. They would have gotten in trouble if they didn't hire him.

And I didn't go through anything. I didn't give a shite, he was my friend and lived with me. I was happy for him.

I only mentioned it because you claimed "the white male isn't systematically discriminated against". That is clearly not the case.

There are many other things like this where being a white male puts you at a disadvantage. Again, all because of laws that were put into place with the context that white males had all the advantages but black people did not. That was 60 years ago.

Blackish is the most racist show on TV right now. If the roles were reversed on that show, people would call it out for being racist. I generally like the show otherwise(but it's gotten much worse lately with the open racism), but every single white person on that show is really dumb, really rich, and really shitty. Again, reverse those roles and people would lose their shite.

Hell, I could go on all day about the racism that happens towards white people openly in our society.

Because in this country it is socially acceptable to be racist against white people, especially white males. The only thing you or anyone else can do is try to justify it with claims that white males are privileged - taking the actions/circumstances of a few and painting everyone else with it. Classic tactic of racists in history.

I think everyone wants to see more black coaches, but quota hires are likely to fail and then you'll get called racist for firing them. It's a vicious cycle that helps no one
