What other ones could you claim? You'd have to go UCF to claim them.

I'm fine with not counting 1941. Beyond that, all legit.

ETA psssttttt You do know you were on probation from 2009-2011, right.

For things that happened years prior. Pretty dumb on top of that. It wasn't for buying players, it was because players were being frugal with their books and making some cash off it. Top of the who gives a frick list.

Please enlighten everyone what LSU was doing prior to 2000.

Crazy. LSU football has never had one of those!

Oh, really?

Apparently the NCAA cared more than they do about Will Wade.

When did the NCAA start reacting to things immediately rather than dragging it out for a couple of years?

Did I miss that memo?

You do know you lost the bowl game with several of those "legit" Nc's, right?

Major poll titles shouldn’t count?

The NCAA is not involved in national championships. They list anything.

What are the selectors for all those years?

So did lots of teams because the Bowl games were considered exhibition games at the time.

Hell, Notre Dame didn't even start playing in them at all until they started naming National Championships after.

The only reason Alabama was even able to go to the first Rose Bowl it went to was because a bunch of other teams turned it down.

I heard they were going to be taking notes during the documentary. That seems somewhat desperate.

Also I kind of skipped over this.

Please please please claim these. It will be funny as hell after all the shite like your post Auburn fans have said over the years.

Because you'll have to use such bullshite selectors, Alabama would be able to add another 4 or 5 national championships if they did the same thing.

Please let it happen.

Maybe it should have been... but the fact is LSU won by 5. Of course, luck does count.

Maybe he's greedy. All he's done is exceed everyone's expectations, especially mine. How do you know he won't continue to do so?

I find it hilarious that Bammers think Saban is the only coach who can win multiple championships.

This is just stupid to say. Saban wouldn’t leave Bama for LSU now but I promise you he would never leave LSU for Bama. Y’all just get the pleasure of getting our sloppy seconds.....

It was a math selector that awarded it that year. It was 1941, the AP was 5 years old and not very good. Pre 1936 math polls are commonly used. I don't think it's legit, but it's hardly the worse claim out there.

What were the selectors for those Auburn years? I keep asking, but I'm not hearing any responses.
