So you're saying he's been getting heat for that comment and is now having to say something to pacify the Bama fans? Got it.

LSU has never and will never be thought of like the machine.

Lets see... The last I checked, LSU has been the winningest program in SEC (ahead of Bama) since 2000 through three different head coaches, each winning a national championship.

I mean, I could have sworn Shula and Francione won titles as well at Bama... I guess I was wrong!

This shite again.

Hell, I'll play. National titles since 2000.

Bama 5 (more than LSU has in it's entire history)

LSU 3

Anything else you wanna put on a tee for me?

Through how many coaches? I mean, after all, Bama is a "machine", and all. They must've been dominant before Saban. They payed Albert Means' coaches a lot of money for him to get there. That had to have won them at least one.

Not the case anymore. And the machine is back rolling.

I mean, I've always thought "machines" win through multiple head coaches, because certain programs will have standards, despite who the coach is. Probations kind of hinder that.

Multiple probations (no titles between), right?

He did win 10 games in 2005, with a bunch of walk-ons as backups.

LSU has never had a coach win it twice.

You guys are fricked for the next 7-8 years.

You must not have been an LSU fan before Saban.

I’m sure you were as certain (or more) that Alabama would beat LSU last year.
