Wait, you weren't there? I thought all these lockdown witnesses of what really happened were there. You, you were there, right?

The part you quoted doesn't include anything new though.

Bama going to hire another armed guard to follow the walk-on around now too?

No, no one will give a shite about him just like they haven't Bradley.

Not a star, won't get much attention.

Has Bradley gotten death threats?

requesting Miller bring over his gun. Miller did so — his lawyers claim he was already on his way to pick up Miles and Davis, did not see Miles’s message, and did not know the gun was in the car, though the timeline is obviously very much in question — and, two minutes after Miller arrived, Davis began shooting into Harris’s vehicle, killing her. Miller’s windshield was shattered in the crossfire as he ducked down in the driver’s seat.

Interesting, first I’ve heard of this.

The national media doesn’t pay attention to NCAA Basketball until the tournament starts. Not talking about the sports reporters, but the news. These are the dorks that identify jocks as people that shoved them in lockers in middle school. They are also left and right coast liberals that hate the south. This is why Oates played Miller as the victim today.

Of course, change the narrative of Miller being a victim. Anyone could see that!

I’m sorry, I’m not going to be able to speak about that,” Spears told the Times.

The report confirmed Spears was there by a person familiar with the case who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

“(NYT) story is inaccurate,” a UA spokesperson said in a statement. “Based on the information we have, there were no current student-athletes present at the scene other than Brandon Miller and Jaden Bradley,

Bama trying hard to cover this up and make it go away. I don’t see the New York Times reporting on something they didn’t check out first.

Isn't this what y'all have been bitching about his lawyer not saying to prove he didn't do anything wrong?

His lawyer didn't say that though. Which just goes to show the article is amateur bullshite.

If it was a political hit job I would be skeptical, but since Sears dad is the Marshall AD, his family has the means to go after them. The NYT knows that so they wouldn’t print it if it was not a reputable source.

Just constant lies from the people who want this to be something.

Alabama athletics has since issued the following statement to the New York Times: “Your story is inaccurate. Based on the information we have, there were no current student-athletes present at the scene other than Brandon Miller and Jaden Bradley, who are both fully cooperating witnesses. From the outset, UA Athletics has fully cooperated with law enforcement and supported their investigation.”

you don't know much about journalism these days.

Half the journalist are freelance regular Joe's that don't work directly for the companies anymore. They are like the dude in that movie nightcrawler that films accidents for news stations.

They will run anything and worry about if it's right or not later. Getting it out first is the most important thing.
