Is that an article, regarding the same study? Does it come from the Big Ten this time?

Studies show that inflammation associated with SARS-CoV-2 can be a serious problem.

I'm thankful that I know of an anti-inflammatory drug more powerful than ibuprofen and naproxen sodium. Equally important is the fact that the anti-inflammatory drug that I prefer is free of nasty side effects. It might not be legal everywhere but no drug is perfect.

While I appreciate her lack of sophomoric humor, at the end of the article the last sentence pretty much sums up what most researchers all want. More money for research.

quote:

They called for future research on the long-term complications of COVID-19 cardiac involvement.

This is something they will not get unless they find something wrong, so it is imperative that they are sure to do so.

I have a 56 yr old friend with no underlying conditions and he is struggling forhis life. He was placed back on respirator after being off for a week. His lungs were over worked not to mention his kidneys are only working at a 60% level. This has opened my eyes a bit and made me wear a mask. Just saying

Being 56 IS the underlying condition.

Must we discuss the health and education of southerners? I would leave that one alone.

Just out of curiousity... in what region of the United States are Emory, the CDC, St. Jude and MD Anderson located?

Yeah, I'd just ignore those idiots at UAB, Emory, Shands, and Vandy. Bunch of southern, redneck goobs that don't know shite, right?
