Football and basketball usually subsidizes sports like baseball and gymnastics for most schools.
Vandy is private so they don't have to release their numbers, but I'd guess their baseball team breaks even and even football does okay under normal years. A lot of that is because of Vanderbilt's location and willingness of opposing fans to travel to Nashville and make a vacation out of an away game vs. Vandy.

The format would be.. we say "bye Felicia" to the failed Gamecock experiment, and Bama and Auburn move to the East. Now errybody happy with their rivalry games.

So now Vandy & SC are gone & you've put 5 of the B6 in the East. Guess you're fine handing the SEC West to LSU each year (& complain that the East is no competition)? I guess to balance things out, Mizz. moves to the West?
HOWEVER, your idea is a 12 team setup.
I said to give us a 13 team setup.

You're really puffing your chest out about INDOOR TRACK and CROSS COUNTRY championships? C'mon.college baseball is far more competitive and prestigious with more resources poured into the sport.
Congrats on your niche sports but don't put yourself in the same sentence with UF,LSU or even UGA when it comes to all around NCAA championships
