Ok, that's fair.
But let's acknowledge the fact that ANYBODY who posts anything that is critical/controversial will have their motives deconstructed similarly.
For the record I personally think it is 2nd degree sexual assault, but rather than just give an opinion, I LINKED the statute in the OP. What more could i have done but offered my opinion, and then linked it with the actual statute so you could make up your own mind.
With all due respect, you seem to be asking me to agree to not post anything that can be interpreted more than one way or to not post anything that could be objected to. That's impossible.

What if this guy had an allergic reaction to something and passed out? What if he got too tired and passed out? Him being passed out has nothing to do with anything...
ETA: and before your next post of "hes clearly drunk you dumbass you're so dumb" post, I realize he was drunk and passed out, I am just pointing out that just because someone is "passed out" doesn't mean they can have anything done to them
