Kind of tough to win when you're the road team. This is a home series for Oklahoma. That was my biggest fear was them making the final. Oh well. Maybe we can pull it off despite that.

I don't know if UF will win tonight, but they will fight till the bitter end.
That's seriously the most guts I've seen out of any of our Sports teams in years, even in a loss.
I can't even be pissed at the outcome.
OU deserved it.

Both teams deserved it, but somebody had to win. Last night was pure guts and you could see the fatigue on both team's faces.

I hope Florida wins tonight so it is forced to go all 3 games.

Yes, it was kind of a road game but that's a bullshite excuse. We had many opportunities to walk-off in this game. 11 innings worth of opportunities in fact.
Props to Oklahoma for their big hits but I don't think the 7 runs scored is indicative of how well Barnhill and Gourley pitched in this game until they both wore down at the end. Girls are not meant to play 17 innings of softball in one game.
I don't know what the hell kind of PEDs the other Oklahoma pitcher was on but it looked like she could have gone another 7 innings.

I'm pulling for the Gator Gal's tonight. Coming back off a night like that will be tough on both teams.

It seems to me that Oklahoma is one of the few teams that has the same quality pitching that Florida has, and Oklahoma might have a slight edge in the box. But I am telling you right now if Florida overcomes that kind of loss and wins the series it will be an epic finish to the series!!! I used to coach this game and I was in awe that the Oklahoma pitcher had 130 pitches under her belt from her two different stints in the game and she was hitting 73 on the gun in the 17th inning.

That was an amazing game. I hate that either team had to lose. Props to Oklahoma for staying focused and pulling it out.

I'd rather see Parker on the rubber than that other flame throwing(75mph) lefty. That shift that they can put on a right handed hitter is just ridiculous...like having 10 defensive players.

I don't know why I got downvoted to hell and back after the supers for saying that Oklahoma would give Florida all they wanted and more.
They've got great pitching and great hitting and they've been there before. They were seeded low, but their record was fine and honestly I think they just coasted at times during the season.
I'm pulling for Florida, can't stand Oklahoma and don't want them turning this into a dynasty.

Too late for that. We've already got the #1 player in the country committed for 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. We'll be around for awhile.

OU has faced Washington lost by 1 early in year beat UCLA lost to Auburn by 1 beat Ole miss and a few other elite teams. We won like 31 of 33 games to wend the season,but couldn't move up because even though we played a lot of top 10 teams we only won like 2-3 early in season. We had like 8 losses before April even started I think. Same thing happened last season except we didn't get RPIed by the SEC committee :)Everyone knew OU was underseeded as was Bama. I would be pissed if I was UF BAMA or Minnesota what was they thinking there? Sooners are legit and only real team that will contend for a few years is Washington OU and Florida.

LSU will continue to be there, hope you don't believe what you said. LSU should've won it last year, lost 3 big seniors so this year was a pretty good result considering.
