We spend $0 in this sport and the coach / roster cause absolutely no issues while consistently making the NCAA tournament. This coach and staff accomplish far more as is than we deserve for the money we spend on it. No one is getting fired over this.
I'm terms of sports we fund, it's behind Football, both basketballs, baseball, both golfs, track, etc...
We aren't making any changes for what is a successful season for us

That's sad for softball them. Institutionally it's like #10 in terms of funding we give them.
