This game is no different than a pickup game. It's all iso-ball, running as fast as you can back and forth, guy who dribbles down the court usually takes the shot after uncontrolled dribbling.

There's almost no strategy to this game than run back and forth as fast you can and take the first shot that is remotely open with very little passing.
