College football is so fricked.

And that is a distinction without a difference. It is practically impossible to prove any kind of violation. The fact that a kid got paid is irrelevant. You have to go down all sorts of rabbit trails to prove that shite in it ain't happening. Especially not against somebody with some fricking money like Aggy.
I get it. You are frustrated because the under-the-table fiefdom is now not exclusive. This is what would've happened had there been no NCAA Aggy's arse forever.
Welcome to the new reality.
They have to report the contracts to the university and the NCAA. The only way to hide it would be to funnel the money through non-boosters with legitimate NIL needs.
Your reaction is just because you know you are guilty. It's not my fault your boosters are stupid.

Yes, the contracts are recorded. The University isn't involved with the process other than to record the contracts. Like I said, good luck to the NCAA in their upcoming legal battles

The idea that the boosters are going to sue the NCAA is really kind of funny to me. It makes me wonder if you really understand what the NCAA is.
The NCAA is just made up of it's member schools. So boosters suing the NCAA is kind of like boosters suing their schools.
Everything with the NCAA is basically voluntary. The schools agree to these things. There is no real legal authority to the NCAA, however the punishments and such they hand out are extremely real. Because the schools accept that.
If the schools no longer wish to be part of that process, then they can just leave. Or they can work to make the rules whatever they want. The schools are the influence behind these things. And it's done for competitive reasons, which you apparently do not want to have.
Boosters who go against it will be disassociated from the programs, etc.
So what the frick are these lawsuits you think are going to happen? What is the basis of them? Because it sounds to me like a bunch of Texas talk, aka bullshite.

Look, I hate the sips with everything I am. But if you do not think they had legal teams (pretty decent law school) go over everything I don't know what to tell you
How do you disassociate boosters from NIL? Most businesses that sign these contracts would be run by former alumni. How do you keep a website from paying for exclusive interviews? Most of their subscribers are alumni as well. Like I said, good luck with trying to close Pandora's box
Let's not even get into the transfer portal where NIL REALLY starts to take off

This is a post by somebody NOT mad that Bama's exclusive fiefdom is coming to an end.

Well, is the website run by boosters? If so, they can't do NIL. See, not that hard.
You can have as many boosters subscribed to a business as you want, that's fine. Subscribers doesn't matter, and is in fact - kind of the point of NIL. I mean if I'm Burger King and I pay for Bryce Young NIL, I'm using him a bit heavier in Alabama than I am in other areas.
Why do you think it will be hard to tell if an offer is legit or not?

BTW we ain't done yet, and we ain't scared of lawsuits. Plenty of legal resources on our side. We will get another #1 class soon, book it. Jimbo said it in so few words last week.
This whole NCAA NIL task force smells like Bama and Nicky are pulling levers to ease their pain. Sorry Gumps, dynasty is over.
Good luck catching up to us. Game on.

The people who don’t understand that there will be a workaround by the time the ink on the rule is dry are the same people who legitimately thought NIL was going to be limited to players running ads in the school paper for the bookstore and monetizing tik toks.

When have they ever given a “frick” about anything except doing vulgar things they call traditions and yapping about how much money they have.

How do they distinguish between a collective and a legitimate organization?
