I fully expect 2 walks and 2 more runs at least in the top of the 9th.

After seeing their outing today, can you blame him?

He doesn't trust a single arm in the bullpen.

Or is it with a strike zone this small, he doesn’t want to drive the pitch count up on anyone?

That doesn't make him go to Kopps in the fourth. He didn't trust anyone else in the BP to be able to come in and reliably get one out to get out of a jam. That's concerning.

This ump better be behind the plate in game two. I want to see 400 pitches in the nightcap.

I guess the only good thing today with our pitching other than Kopps is nobody has pitched over 30 pitches.

When the strike zone is tight and the other team can hit, I doubt most teams have more than one reliever they actually trust.

Kopps didn't hit 30 either but for different reasons

Would be nice but I think they have to rotate.

Vermilion is a glorified pitching machine. Losing Pallette SUCKED though.

I'm rooting for LSU tonight, but if there's an opportunity for a meltdown I may change my mind.

We'll see how it goes.

Agreed. Vermillion is just another dude to come in and get smacked around when times get tough. Palette though..that sucked.

Meh, LSU just isn't good this year. I'm not expecting too much from them in the regional.

The rant is good at melting down even when it’s unreasonable
