I lived in Louisiana for three years due to work. I don't think I'll debate the positives and negatives of each state with you. The population decline of your state will tell anyone with a functioning brain the state of affairs in that shithole.

I mean Louisiana and Arkansas as states are both complete arse but Louisiana has WAY better food and culture so it’s a no-contest imo

Outside of NW Arkansas, the rest of that state is no different from bumfrick delta MS. Just rice fields and poverty
