I've heard WVU fans are epically bad. I can only comment on personal experience.

I've never had any awful experiences. After the kick six an Auburn fan got in my face on the way down the stairs and tried to keep me and my sister from leaving. He was drunk though and his old lady pulled him back into their row.
Also at Auburn in 2009 they got up 14-0 and some lady walked by the Bama section and literally took a pic of our fans. Made the win a little sweeter, but nothing to really get bent out of shape about.

Can I count the superdome as a home field for LSU on 1/9/12? Cause those were by far the nastiest fans I’ve ever dealt with in person. What a delightful experience that game was.
After that, probably Georgia.

LSU. My family got invited to a big tailgate by my LSU friend. I went to the bathroom and while gone, another LSU fan cursed my family out for Aggies sitting in their tailgate area. He was drunk of course. Once inside, a fight broke out a row behind us. An LSU fan was arrested. Fun.

This was the shortest college football season ever. Eleven months of off-season threads ahead of us apparently.

UGA. Have been to every stadium, never had a problem anywhere. Always enjoyed LSU and Bama.

LSU are the only fans that really get in your face on a regular basis. I attributed it to their younger fanbase compared to the rest. Also they don't seem to discriminate on who they confront, even if it's women. Nothing really terrible, but I can see how it would make some people uncomfortable as you don't really encounter it often

Pretty much Auburn, yeah. They are bad at home. They're pretty cool on the road, though.
LSU fans suck, but they get over the games fairly quickly in person, or at least pretend to and will drink a beer with you.
I've never been to a game in Gainesville, but UF fans are EASILY the worst visiting fans. I can't imagine what they're like at home.

None of y'all pussies have ever treated my wife and I poorly. In fact, I have a blast with everyone after the shite talking gets done. I think that bad asses know bad asses and bitches cry about not being treated well.

I have never had a negative experience worth noting at any away game I attended. LSU fans were by far the most friendly and hospitable. I was surprised to see Auburn listed by many. I have been to almost every Auburn home game for the last 10 years and have never seen visiting fans treated poorly.

Sanford Stadium both times followed by Vaught-Hemingway in 2014. Had trash thrown on the group I was with from people up above because of a play on the field. Several were ejected. My cousin was absolutely embarrassed because her entire family made the trip from Ga to witness the dumbest behavior by what I assume were students.

I've never been treated poorly on the plains per se, it's just the only place where I've had incidents. The one after the kick six I posted about is the only bad one. But that dude was drunk

I find that assholes get treated like assholes and friendly folks get treated friendly.
