You listen to the news? Blacks shoot other blacks for stepping on their shoes, bumping into them, looking at them wrong, etc. Whites do sometimes too, but whites are more prone to crazy mass shooting.
I think the world just doesn't have enough good daddies anymore to help teach right from wrong, and too many kids are raised by single parents and exposed to drugs and gangs early on.

In fairness to the league, they had probably already reviewed all video and audio on the incident BEFORE the accusation.
