My proposal is to go back to 10 SEC members, plus...

Another division of 10 made up of the SWC reps (Texas, Aggie, Arkansas, OU, Baylor), plus some old Big 8 reps (Mizzou, ISU, KU, etc), and cherry pick ASU and a few others to get to 10.
Original SEC: "Lynyrd Skynyrd division"
Newbies: "Lyle Lovett division"
Then we have the bargaining power of 20 for tv and streaming rights, but the traditional SEC get to play each other mostly, with the other division sprinkled in.

There needs to be one mega thread for expansion proposals. 98% of them are brain dead anyways.

OU wasn’t in the SWC. They were in the Big 8.

How about we just go back to 10, errbody plays errbody and we tell ESPN and the rest of the country to frick off.

I would have no issue playing the old SWC teams plus the 2 Oklahoma schools but no to the Pac schools. Only Utah among them has any passion for football.
LSU and the Mississippi schools will likely shift to the west if the SEC resumes divisions when the league absorbs some of the ACC schools.

Do this but replace Moo St with one of the TX schools.
