Ole Miss seriously this is your last opportunity to win any thing like a SECCG or NCG with your 6 year qb.
And you know it.

Rude.
We all appeased the University of Mississippi and LSU fans for 8+ months, as they built a game that most have already forgotten and LSU fans now say doesn't matter into the "biggest game in the CFB media age."
Just give UGA fans the opportunity to work through some anxiety. The SEC CG arse whipping apparently wasn't enough to ease it for some.

I'll need ten more wins over Bama like that one before my anxiety goes away. I still have PTSD from the 2017 title game. The Tide has our number, which is not embarassing since they're the best program in college football history. I don't have a lot of confidence going into Saturday.

I was 4-years-old the last time that happened, and I'm on Medicare.

This game literally could go either way. And honestly in the scheme of things won't matter much on the season. CFB has gotten very weird in the last few years.

I don’t anticipate a blowout either way, should be a good game, but until we can win this one more regularly this is the one game I don’t feel confident going into.

UGA is the better team, but home field is such a big deal nowadays (and yes, I said that last week that there's no way we're 24 points better than Ole Miss).

This entire line of argument from me is for the OP who is the absolute worst the other Dawg and Tide fans are collateral damage

What has been missing since our championship teams is dominant offensive and defensive linemen and I think that will be our downfall this season.
The Vandy game was a good example. Vandy loaded the box to stop the run and Bobo knew that our OL would not be able to provide sufficient line blocking so he had Gunner passing on most downs.
This was effective vs Vandy but Bama will have tight coverage and will disrupt those little outlet passes leaving Gunner with few options.
As such, I think our best strategy will be to roll out Gunner early and often with an option to pitch out, run or pass to the TE's after they slough off blocks. If we aren't able to do that, it will be a long day for our offense and defense because the offense won't be getting many first downs.
I hope I am wrong but that's the way I see it. I think Bama will be controlling the LOS on both sides of the ball.

It's just a game played by teenagers. Just watch and enjoy the entertainment.

Keelon's going up against the best secondary he'll face in the first half of the season but it's at home - should help somewhat
If Alabama's offense is successful against Kirby/Schumann's defense Saturday night, Keelon's dual-threat ability and the tight ends will be the keys. With improvements at the RB room, TE room, O-line, and an elite receiving corps, Kirby/Schumann have to make a choice on what they'll commit to defensively: what can they live with conceding to somewhat contain Russell and the offense and serve the winning purpose?
I say the rushing attack, Bama's receivers are too talented to just play man with 1 high safety and risk being beaten over the top while committing to stop the run. I read that Kirby/Schumann usually employ Cover 4 and I think that should be what they go with, that and 2-man. If UGA wins, they should survive employing that.

Just a few years ago this game would have been a huge game that could potentially decide who plays for a National Championship. Now? Nothing. And when they expand the playoffs to 24 teams it will mean even less. Regular season means absolutely zilch.

Keelon has not faced a DC like Schuman and Kirby. They will throw things at him that will confuse him.
Unfortunately at times Schuman has shown a tendency to throw things at the UGA defense that confuses them and results in receivers running all over the damn place wide the frick open while the QB is in the pocket with enough time to close a real estate deal.....

It’s going to be a great game by what appears to be two of the better teams in the conference.
Both teams look to be capable of making the playoffs. The SEC championship game is nothing but a liability at this point and it wouldn’t be a bad thing to not make the game at all if you are still a highly ranked team.
Just my opinion.

Yep, this is one of those "watch at home in quiet agony" games.
Kirby, Bobo and Schumann have shown nothing so far to merit full-on enthusiasm for them prior to the game. This could be a blood bath for Georgia's soft secondary.
Secondary, pressuring QB and containing QB, pass pro, no receivers and certainly none who can take the top off a defense and to be honest run blocking.....I don't see how Alabama can lose....
