Mullen CANNOT recruit. He hardly was ever involved in the process because he fricked it up so much. It was always his staff that pulled in any decent recruits. MS this year and the next is loaded.

I posted on here before that Mullen in a great QB coach and knows offense but a lazy recruiter. That "We are a developmental program" shite got old.

Moorhead said from beginning that he'd go all over and if only got one or two then better than not. He also hired a staff that can relate to recruits and have a history of getting some good ones. You have to buy in to what a staff does and enough like what they see.

State and Ole Miss are recruiting very well. It’s actually nice seeing some really good talent staying home...

Actually this is an odd year where our state is loaded with talent. Steve said last year it was going to be a fight for schools in MS to keep what we have.

You're going to lose some to LSU, Auburn and Bama, the states that border us. Only good thing is there is more talent this year than anyone can sign. It's one of those once in 10 years where there is such talent.

And then LSU beat Auburn which beat Georgia, and then LSU went and finished two games better in the SEC than Miss. St.

I don't expect respect for the 2018 LSU team yet, but I think they'll earn it.

And I think they'll earn from the fans of all the teams listed above.

Including our own.

Please post the LSU vs Miss. State football scores from the last 5, 10, 15 or 20 years.

Orgeron and Canada were having a Holy War (Seriously, I'm not exaggerating) during the game in 2017. (And Troy too)

Things should be back to normal in 2018. (Against MSU I mean)

We might only beat La.Tech, Southeastern, Rice, Ole Miss and MSU this season, which means NO Alleva and NO Orgeron in 2019!

Meh, swap out GA and TN on the schedules and they end up the same.

LSU was just unprepared both mentally and physically for the arse whipping they got in Starkville, that is on the coach.

Let's focus on what happened rather than what might have been...the Bulldogs lost to both Auburn and Ole Miss, two teams LSU beat.

I’ve always loved how you talk down to MSU like you didn’t go to South Carolina. Ha

You wanna focus on what happened instead of what might have been?

The teams played head-to-head. MSU throat stomped LSU 37-7. That's what happened. Quit talking about other games and records (we both finished with a 9-4 record) if you claim you want to talk about what actually happened.

Not to mention our 4* QB out of North Carolina that is in this class. Our entire QB room will be 4 star recruits in 2019. It's a good start.

Yeah let's see how that works out for you this year. LSU will be deep along both lines, and will field one of the nation's best defenses this year, especially in the front seven.
