8 in baseball and 3 in football. Bama has 7, all in football

We still pretending baseball titles are on the same page as football? Bball and football have a significant gap, bball and baseball have a significant gap. Why stop at baseball why not track and field, women’s sports too. Men’s basketball is a good stopping point bc football and bball are the only two high rev sports. Arbitrarily adding just baseball is strange

Well that’s not the scenario. The question was would you rather have a legit football title that no one alive can remember or a baseball title from yesterday. It’s a legit question.

LSU has the 1908 title that we don't even claim. And just about every fan would take the 2025 baseball title over the 1908 football title.

You have a weird obsession over this considering your screen name has baseball in it. What are the 3 major sports? Football, basketball, and baseball. Sorry if you are an idiot and can't accept that. Sorry that LSU can win national championships in other sports while Bama can't.

Even if you just count one sport, LSU has 8 in baseball and Bama has 7 in football. LSU has more in one sport than Bama.

Baseball is included bc it is a major sport. Basketball is included bc it is a major sport. Common sense knows that the 3 major sports are football, basketball, and baseball. You seem not to have any.

If you don't want me to stop at that and include all sports both men and women, LSU has won 39 team national championships (football, baseball, basketball, golf, gymnastics, track and field). Bama has won 16.

I could go further and only include national championships recognized by the NCAA. If I did that, LSU would have 36 National Championships. Bama would have 9. Football is not recognized by the NCAA. Which would you prefer? LSU would still have more titles than Bama.

It must have been you since you didn't answer the question.

Welfare sport will never be part of a Big 3. You would've been better listing the LSU women's basketball championship

Well no football titles before 1936 are legit. Auburn could also count 1913 if we wanted but no respectable program should count anything prior to 1936.

Texas A&M’s 1939 title is an AP title. It’s 100% legit. No different than Auburn’s 1957 title or LSU’s 1958 title.

If I were a Kentucky fan, I’d take a legit AP football title no matter how many years ago it was over a recent non-football title all day long.

You’re on a sports board challenging posters to a vocab quiz. Unironically.

You’ve got every right to post something asinine like that — and I’ve got every right to justly not acknowledge it wtf lmao

I am challenging the person who often makes derogatory comments about the intelligence/IQ of others to demonstrate his claim. You are quick to elevate yourself with these insults, but not so quick to accept a simple vocabulary challenge.

Based upon higher revenue and viewership, shouldn’t women’s basketball be number three?

Yes, unfortunately for you, this is a universal plane of objective argument on a sports forum. No one is subjected to a bizarre request from you to fill out a vocab quiz to test one’s intellect (as I see you go around doing this to multiple posters perhaps you should read the room and see that many people are calling you out on your objectively bad takes and maybe it’s you and not everyone else)

Your opinions are subjected to being insulted on an open forum. Instead of debating your opinion you choose to delegate a duel of a vocab quiz you choose? Great, no one cares. It’s bizarre and should be openly mocked, like your opinions lmao

In the time it took to type that, you could have taken the quiz. If only you weren't afraid of me and my below 100 IQ.

You are quick to put an opinion out there, but not so quick to defend it and instead opt for a simple vocabulary challenge that has nothing to do with your bad take that you can’t even defend lol.

In the time it took to type that, you could have defended your sports post on a sports board lmao. We call this a “circular argument” lol

I don't have to defend a fact.
My vocabulary challenge was offered to allow you to defend your derogatory claim. But, you are terrified you would lose, and your ego couldn't take that chance.
