The important words being “right now.” It’s so early; so much will change. You’ve at least played teams with a pulse, as opposed to a lot of SEC teams (mine included).

Then you should know that Stanford is one of the premier baseball programs in the country, even when they're not ranked No. 6

You should also know that a team losing one its first 10 games in February when they have more than 50 games left doesn't determine whether they're "overrated" or not.

Tennessee fans are so brand new to baseball it's embarrassing.

Is it just me, or are the Tennessee baseball fans incredibly annoying? I mean, damn, enjoy your success a little without actively trying to put every other team down in the process.

Asses, just like that asshat of a coach they have

I can't think of another SEC school that has a strong baseball following that I like their fans. Maybe LSU?

State, Vols, Arky all annoying AF

Feel free to reply with a "O-M-A-H-A" response

You get a pass this week for defensive linemen hitting bombs.
Next week it's back to O-M-A-H-A

I went ahead bookmarked this thread so I can bump it up when Tennessee has their late season collapse.

I have a lot of respect for Stanford baseball. But Arky was way too high at number 3. They have looked underwhelming so far. This isn't just about the Stanford loss.

Spoken likf a true "wiloke" faggie fan. I'll tell you what's annoying. It's Arky fans after finally fielding a decent basketball team and Aggy fans after their fluke win over Bama last year and your recent recruiting class.

Aggies are lucky to even be in this conference. We wanted Texas but settled for you. Now we will have both. Can't wait to watch them put you in your proper little brother places.

Nope. Your obnoxious fan hase just needs to be put in its place.
Seems like it's not about baseball for you in general.

Take a step back. If Arkansas is middling about in May, then have at 'em. But I think you'd be wasting your time waiting on that, just like you wasting your time now trying to talk trash to a team losing one game, on a neutral field, to an elite opponent, in February.

I'll talk all the trash i want. They look underwhelming so far.

As a Texas fan, you might want keep quiet to focus on the the gorilla Vols coming to town instead of white knighting for your red headed stepchild Arky.

Keep my teams name out of your mouth...

State does have issues but it's way too early for me to know whether any team is good.

We started 18-1 one year and were terrible down the stretch. Another year we lost to Oral Roberts and made it to Omaha.

I think State has 4 starters that can play but it has some bullpen issues. There are issues up the middle @ 2nd and SS and with Clark but I feel the offense is going to come around once it warms up.

Get back with me in May & June. We will have a better idea of just how good our teams become.

As a Texas fan, I have actually seen in person my team win it all in Omaha (twice, actually), and seen plenty of great seasons that resulted in Texas winning a super in Austin. You, as a Tennessee fan, cannot say the same.

As a Texas fan, I could also not be more unintimidated by a never-has-been Tennessee program beating up on a lowly Iona team. Coupled with the fact that vols fans incessantly patting themselves on the back for it despite not having seen their team win a single game in Omaha this century.

Texas could go 0-3 this weekend and I'll still feel confident in this club. As evidenced by last year, they've had worse early-season woes before and come out of it just fine.

I would suggest you just enjoy the ride you're getting and not open your mouth as much. Every time you do, you convince everyone else on this board more and more about what they already know: Tennessee fans don't know shite about college baseball.

Yeah.... but it obviously is. Didn't realize last year hurt you so dang much....
I'm not gonna get too worked up over an early season loss at a neutral site to a top 10 team pitching their ace. But feel free to go ahead and bury us. We will see how well this thread ages.

Focus on this season. You aren't entitled to shite just because your team has done well in the past.
