yes .that is another one that needs to be considered .As big as Ohio St games are with literally 250,000 people ( 100k inside and 150k outside the stadium) more of an NFL game feel in Columbus rather than a college game .Now once inside the stadium its pretty impressive just based on the size of The Horseshoe and the band at Ohio St is the best in the land . But pre-game is so spread out its just thousands of smaller parties going on .

You quoted, “Why is it tailgating in the Grove.”
I was elaborating.

this is a very timely post . My son and I are going to pick one SEC game to come down to see from Ohio . We want the best pre game tailgaiting etc atmosphere

I'm not going to claim A&M is near the top in pregame/tailgating activity, but assuming we are 5-0 when Bama comes to town, the atmosphere will be pretty electric.

Why bother? Not hard to go buy a t-shirt from the school you're visiting.

Yes and I bet most visitors like me said…. “ what a damn waste of time”. Nothing to that Grove, especially with the Nazi cops.

Actually you squeeze the eggs out of the channel cat female. The blue cat male you hit in the head with a hammer then cut out the testes with a scalpel and run it through a strainer with a press to extract the sperm and then apply it to the eggs

The Aggie yell leaders could show you a more efficient way of extracting sperm but they won't know anything about applying it to eggs. You should hit them up.

O'Zone I believe is their primary tailgating spot. But you are right, its massive & spread out, so much so many never realize where the "real" party is.

Mutual site games was the worst idea ever. Especially in brand new NFL stadiums.

I’m partial to the grove but it’s also because I found my fiancé there so I guess I’m a little biased.

Again, OU/Texas is the best though. I'm actually interested in hearing the perception of that game from other SEC fans compared to the best SEC rivalries.

I told him about The Grove and how cool it was portrayed on the SEC network ...I ve told him about night games at LSU ... And also the worlds largest outdoor cocktail party fla/ga ... so
someone give me the best to go to ...its a one time shot...dont really care who is playing ..more care about the pre game stuff

Tailgating is lit at pretty much all the top schools, regardless of what the homers say - so long as it isn't freezing or their opponent isn't a cupcake.

So just pick a LSU/Bama, AU/UGA, FL/UGA, etc.

This pretty much nails it. The atmosphere and experience at any of the big programs is incredible for big games. They all have their own unique things, but overall they're all great.

Was never interested enough to watch it. I think the whole fair + football game is awesome though. As far as football game it would probably fall somewhere around #3-#5 in terms of rivalry game quality.

Love watching that game (been hooked since the Roy Williams Superman game). Hopefully it never moves to Jerryworld.
