I hated taking half an hour to walk a mile on campus because of crosswalks and traffic.

I just plain dislike "Democrats".

Quite a few. We're one of them.

Not that we don't have any, but not as many as UGA and Auburn. It's a /argument tool.

Tote the banner for Athens when it comes to scenery. But UGA barely edges out Georgia State and Tech. It's nothing to write home about.

I think you misread the topic title. It's most beautiful SEC campus, not ugliest.

I stand corrected.

They only look like they were built in the Civil Rights era.

Actually, you should be docked extra points because you continued to produce fugly buildings. So, I wouldn't bring that up.

Do yourself a favor, and STFU. You look ridiculous.

Off the top of my head, buildings that have a distinct "60's, 70's feel" are the Journalsim/psychology building, the Law library, some of the smaller science buildings, and I guess Stegman did before it's renovation. The original Tate building has a sort of 80's-90's feel to it. Everything else (the vast majority of the campus) has either been built or renovated to reflect traditional georgian architecture though

Now you're just yanking my chain. UGA's campus blows both of those campuses to hell and back. I'd know, my dad is a professor at State and even he would agree

You're a fricking idiot if you really think this. Either that or you have never been to Georgia State.

As far as LSU goes, it's ahrd to say because it's just different than most campuses, meaning different style of architecture which gives the campus a different feel. Both times I've been, though, I liked it

Well, considering your source is a Butterfinger bar that you can't keep your mouth off of, I think you'll forgive us if we ignore your made up "information." Not that it's relevant to the conversation anyway.

Yes -- it was a stretch. An exaggeration to make a point.

UGA beats State and Tech. Congrats.

What point would you be making by saying UGA barely beats out Tech and State? That you haven't seen any of those three campuses recently? Because that is the impression I'm getting
