Everything else ranges from cool to “it is what it is”. The former is pointlessly annoying and the latter is an advantage no matter how many bullshite rules they attach to when they can be rung during play. If you want to allow them into the stadium to begin with, the rule should be simple: they can’t be rung at any time the play clock is running. Want to ring them after a TD, during a timeout, or at the end of a quarter? Be my guest. But if a team can draw a penalty because the noise delays their communication, they should be held to the same artificial noise making rules as everyone else.

Y’all will get tired of the Texas fight song real quick. Boomer Sooner is pretty annoying as well. Texas at least makes up for it with the cheer and dance squads.
