Crawfishing in ditches

My son is trying to catch crawfish in big roadside ditches and places like that. (We used to do that some when I was little but don't remember much.)
Any tips? Like a good time of the day to go? What kind of places are good? Use beef melt for bait or something else?

It's ironic because the F-35 was for so long widely criticized as a massive failure: an enormously expensive and largely ineffective weapons system plagued with operational issues.

I don't know if the link will bring you right to it. If not, search actDataScout then select Arkansas and then real property and then Woodruff County. Enter Margaret Long into the name search. It will pull up all four parcels. Click on "map" for any of them and you can zoom in and out, etc.
The pin from NfamousPanda above is accurate. It's on the Peach Orchard Bluff tract immediately adjacent on the east.
