SIAP but the way they played vs Clemson they all deserved to be cussed out and put in their place. What's Saban supposed to do, pat them all on the head and tell them "we'll get'em next year"?

The same could be said for Smart after that no-show versus Texas. Did Smart cuss out his coaches as well?

Gus handed saban his arse last year also. We know "that game didn't count".

Even if Bama is declining, they've still won 5 national championships the last 10 years. No other program in the SEC can talk shite to them

You have clearly never met your average Cajun.

Take some of the blame himself instead of blaming everyone else. It's as much if not more his fault than any of theirs. All he has done since halftime of the NCG was blame everyone else and try any way he could take it way from Clemson beating them straight up.

I mean.... Nick is right.

Reminds me of when Steve Jobs dressed down an entire department for the failure of MobileMe.

(What? You've never heard of MobileMe? Exactly)

quote:

After reports of crashing servers, laggardly logons, and general crappiness, Jobs tongue-lashed the MobileMe team, asking them "Can anyone tell me what MobileMe is supposed to do?" When one foolhardy exec explained the aim of the service, Jobs shot back: "So why the frick doesn't it do that."

Steve told team members that they had tarnished the firm's reputation and "should hate each other for having let each other down".

He then summarily fired a few employees, pour encourager les autres.

I'd say the 2019 Championship game, in Bama's long line of successes, ipods, macbooks and iphones... was a MobileMe and deserved a reassessment of the misson.

If a player/employee is having seconds thoughts due to it, then maybe you've gotten comfortable, well maybe you're not actually cut out for this and need to get the hell out of the way.

Someone didn't watch the post game press conference and is just making shite up. Saban gave Clemson plenty of credit for the arse whipping they administered

Alabama just put 50 on Gus again and you are crowing about a 12 point win as an arse beating?

Ok? He is right, he is their boss, to us it's a sport and a passion but to them it's a job, if they do good nothing happens, if they do bad they get an earful or fired.

People these days will believe just about anything if it fits with the narrative they want to believe. Unfortunately, there's at least one article on every topic saying every possible combination of outcomes.

I made it during the "Jalen Hurts is the worst QB ever" days, you know, when we were undefeated and going to the playoffs. I thought it was fitting for the times.
